There are currently seven (7) elected Board Directors who volunteer their time to make River Country a better place. If you are a paying Owner of River Country property and you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please contact our Office.
We are always looking for volunteers to staff the Welcome Committee, the Deed Restriction Advisory Committee, the Fining Committee and Crime Watch as well.

YOUR HELP NEEDED
As of a October 2020, there will be a shortage of BOARD DIRECTORS.
Board Directors must be owners of property in River Country, dues paid, and available for monthly Board Meetings and two General Meetings per year.
Without these vital, volunteer positions filled, we will have no choice but to appoint a Property Management Company. Deed restriction enforcement may suffer and fees are likely to increase. (Comparable deed restricted communities‘ fees can range from $1,000.00 per year to over $3500.00 per year, per property. River Country’s dues remain $125.00 per year, with a small portion of our tax dollars (MSBU* ) covering limited repairs and maintenance of our common areas).The appointment of a management company would be required under county regulations and would happen without voter approval if we do not have sufficient members to constitute a board of directors. It is time to stop relying on someone else to fulfill the Board membership requirements and step up and serve your community.
Volunteers are desperately needed as well to maintain the ENTRANCE FLAG, MAILBOX LOCK REPLACEMENT, CRIME WATCH, and DEED RESTRICTION COMMITTEE.
